Ekta Poddar, Organisational Consultant
Ekta Poddar has close to 15 years of experience, spanning talent and organisation consulting roles. She specialises in organisation design, culture building and talent development and works in the culture building and HR design space. She has managed multi-year projects in global geographies with clients spanning BFSI, telecom, FMCG, automotive, retail, and high-tech. Ekta has previously worked at Aon Hewitt, Accenture, Infosys, Oxfam and Coca-Cola.
Ekta is the co-founder of A Thousand Cranes, a community services platform, working with women and children. Ekta also loves writing about her travels.
