Above N Beyond Turns 3!
And just like that, it has been three years! We officially launched Above N Beyond in November 2015. Since then, we’re proud and humbled to see how we’ve gone from strength to strength in terms of our client profile, breadth of work, as well as our team strength.
Today, our client mix ranges from some well-respected Unicorns to large Global Shared Service organisations to Automobile majors to software product companies to reputed consulting firms. You could say that we have specialised in not specialising!
The varied mix of projects has kept us learning and helped us expand our repertoire of offerings. Over the last three years, we’ve helped chart out sustainable growth paths for our clients through leadership alignment, strategy definition and culture building. We’ve helped our clients define, design and deploy business processes that have enabled them to transform the way that they run their organisations. In these times of rapid dynamic change, we’ve helped our clients create a future ready workforce that is aligned to their growth objectives.
One aspect of our journey that we are particularly proud of is the way that our team has come together over these years. Today, our team consists of extremely talented individuals who come from refreshingly diverse backgrounds. They’ve each worked in various business and delivery roles, spanning diverse industries.
Each of our team members has something that they are passionate about – whether it is mastering French, being a potential voice over artist, running an NGO, being passionate about wellness, being an aspiring photographer, playing football, climbing mountains, travelling or writing. But they’re also superb when it comes to delivering great, insightful and practical solutions for our clients. Our drive to do great work and create meaningful impact is what binds us together.
